Project type:

Educational Video Content

Challenge

StudyAdelaide wanted to reinforce Adelaide’s positioning as a leading global study destination - a place where international students can excel academically, build real employability outcomes, and enjoy an accessible, high-quality lifestyle.

The challenge was to deliver content that would connect emotionally with culturally diverse audiences across North Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Latin America and Africa, while maintaining consistency of brand and core messaging across multiple regions.

Project outline and strategy:

Insider Studios developed Everything’s Closer in Adelaide - a suite of three scripted hero videos narrated by real international students covering:

Study

Work

Life

From these, we produced 21 culturally tailored variations to support targeted recruitment and regional marketing needs.

All content was optimised for social media, in-market events, and digital marketing channels.

Key Messaging:

The narrative communicated four central ideas:

Australia’s most accessible student city - shorter commutes, closer connections

Affordability and lifestyle - live well without compromise

Strong employment pathways - industry-linked universities and growing innovation sectors

A community that welcomes - a safe place to belong, grow and thrive

Creative Direction

Authenticity was at the heart of the production approach - student-narrated stories grounded in lived experience.

Stylistic decisions included:

1. Clean and contemporary framing

2. Energetic pacing with motion-led edits

3. Integrated typographic messaging supporting multilingual delivery

By blending real voices with dynamic visuals curated from an existing content library, the campaign achieved high production value with nimble turnaround suited to a global rollout.
