These Terms and Conditions govern the use of digital tools licensed by Insider Publishing Pty. Ltd. (trading as Insider Guides). By accessing or using any Insider digital tool, you (the Licensee) agree to be bound by the following terms:
In consideration of payment of the applicable license fee, Insider Publishing Pty. Ltd. ("Insider") grants the Licensee a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the selected digital tool(s) for a period of 12 months from the date of final delivery.
Each party retains ownership of any IPR, software, or materials it contributes to the service. Insider retains all rights, title, and interest in all intellectual property created or developed in delivering its digital tools, including but not limited to software source code, design assets, and documentation.

While efforts are made to ensure compatibility, performance on outdated or unsupported browsers cannot be guaranteed.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all digital tools are hosted on Insider’s servers. This allows Insider to provide updates and improvements efficiently and securely.
Licensees may not modify, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Insider software or associated intellectual property without prior written permission from Insider.
Insider warrants that its digital tools will be free from material defects under normal use. This warranty applies for the duration of the license period.
To the best of Insider’s knowledge, the use of its digital tools does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Insider reserves the right to terminate the license if the Licensee breaches any material term of this agreement. Upon termination, all rights to use the software cease immediately.
This agreement is governed by the laws of South Australia and is subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
These Terms and Conditions represent the full and exclusive agreement between Insider and the Licensee regarding use of Insider digital tools, superseding any prior understandings, proposals, or communications.
Insider is responsible for the accuracy and functionality of content and data as originally delivered. If the Licensee alters the data, content, or configuration of the tool after delivery, responsibility for accuracy and compliance transfers to the Licensee.
